What kind of ear plugs do you recommend?

My dad snores very loudly and my mom is using ear plugs. But she said her ears are starting to hurt because she lays on her side so the pillows push her ear plugs in her ear. Im afraid she will go deaf.

2. there are foam ones that you roll between your fingers then stick in your ears, usually orange or yellow, they don't stick out of your head too far.
3. Sonomax but they may be hard to find a location close to you. They are custom fitted and pricey but if silence and comfort are what you are looking for, sometimes the price is worth it.
4. how bout instead of her having to be tortured like that (cause it's really not a good thing to have in ear plugs for several hours...) you should talk to your mom to get him some Breathe Right strips...or you just go out and buy them for him and say here happy saturday!
