ear gauges? im up to a size 4 in ear gauges. I just started gauging last weekend and im already on 4. my 4 gauges came with plugs.. things that are wider on the ends and its smaller on the inside of the barrel.. I wanted to know how I put those in if the outside is wider? im confused

Is it normal for heavy ear gauges to make your ear sag a lil with them in?
